The service, especially during the night shift, was top-notch with a range of convenient options like room service and laundry. The location was perfect, in a nice area with businesses nearby and a wonderful view of Monserrate mountain. The hotel also included delicious dining options. The facilities were fantastic overall.

The service during the night shift was impeccable, offering a variety of options like room service, dry cleaning, and more. The location was perfect, close to a conference center and with easy access to public transport for city exploration or a visit to the stunning Monserrate mountain. The included dining experience with organic options was a delightful surprise. The facilities were top-notch, making my stay truly enjoyable.
